Which ROC will my company come under if the office is in Delhi?
The ROC Delhi, which covers Delhi and Haryana. Incorporation itself is processed by the MCA's Central Registration Centre; ROC Delhi handles your later filings and changes.
Can I use my home in Delhi as the registered office?
Yes. A residential address works. You need a recent electricity or water bill for the address and, if the property is not in your name, a no-objection letter from the owner. Rented premises also need the rent agreement.
Do I need to visit any government office?
No. The whole process is online: documents are uploaded, the digital signatures are issued online, and the certificate of incorporation is emailed by the MCA.
Is professional tax payable for a company in Delhi?
No. Delhi (NCT) does not levy professional tax, so there is no professional tax registration or return for your company or employees there.

There is no minimum capital requirement as per Companies Act 2013. You can start a Private Limited Company with ₹1 as authorized capital.
Can a foreigner be a director in an Indian Pvt Ltd company?
Yes, a foreign national can be a director in an Indian company. They need a valid identification document. At least one director must be an Indian resident.
