This policy explains when fees paid to IncorpSarthi can be refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If anything here differs from the Terms, the Terms apply.
02When fees are paid
Service fees are payable in advance, before work on your application begins. Your expert confirms the total, including any government fees, before you pay.
03Full refund
You can ask for a full refund of our service fee within 24 hours of payment, as long as work on your application has not started.
04After work has started
Once filings or applications have been started on a government portal, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, depending on the work already done.
05What is never refundable
Government fees, stamp duty and filing charges paid to any authority on your behalf cannot be refunded, because they are paid to the government and not kept by us.
06Government delays and decisions
Timelines shown on our platform are typical and depend on government processing. Delays caused by portal downtime, processing backlogs, objections raised by an authority or incomplete documents are outside our control.
07How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from your registered email with your application number (shown in your dashboard) and the reason. We will reply by email with the outcome.
